Craft beer and rustic food is a way of life at The Coopers Tavern. With our Bier Hall Dinner Series, we want to showcase both of those concepts with a special meal. We created this dinner series to celebrate the traditions of Bier Gartens and Halls all across the world. Each dinner will feature three 8oz. beers from world-class breweries, both local and out-of-state, and a three-course menu themed to enhance those beers.

Our Executive Chef Cooper Booth has done the hard work of tasting through all the beers we will be pouring and crafting courses to enhance and highlight tasting notes in each beer.

Our Bier Hall Dinner Series is served exclusively in our Bier Hall, located on the second floor of The Coopers Tavern overlooking the Capitol Square. There is a full bar featuring 28 tap lines, floor to ceiling windows which offer a great view of the Capital building, and community-style seating made famous in Europe’s bier halls.
