Join us at The Coopers Tavern for a cocktail dinner like no other. Kyle Cherek, host of Emmy Award-winning PBS show Wisconsin Foodie, and Philippe Coquard, Master Winemaker and owner of Wollersheim Winery & Distillery, join together to celebrate Wollersheim’s family heritage and Wisconsin’s distinctive terroir.
Four delicious dinner courses will be artfully paired with cocktails featuring Wollersheim’s acclaimed spirits, showcasing the culinary talents of Chef Matt Pace. Entertaining stories and intimate Coquard family photographs will be shared publicly for the first time.
Additionally, the first 30 people to purchase tickets will enjoy a private VIP cocktail hour with Kyle, Philippe, and Wollersheim Master Distiller Tom Lenerz. We welcome you to join us for this warm and intimate experience.
Welcome cocktails start at 6:00 pm; dinner (communal seating) begins at 7:00 pm.
