Craft beer and rustic food is a way of life at The Coopers Tavern. With our Bier Hall Dinner Series we will showcase both of those concepts with a series of special meals designed around some of our favorite breweries.
Executive Chef Cooper Booth has done the hard work of tasting all the beers we will be pouring, and crafting courses from locally sourced ingredients to enhance and highlight flavor notes in each beer.

The Founders Family, a group of passionate beer enthusiasts, has grown around this simple philosophy: “We don’t brew beer for the masses. Instead, our beers are crafted for a chosen few, a small cadre of renegades and rebels who enjoy a beer that pushes the limits of what is commonly accepted as taste. In short, we make beer for people like us.”
The Bier Hall Dinner Series is served exclusively in our upstairs Bier Hall overlooking the Capitol Square. The full bar features 28 tap lines, floor-to-ceiling windows which offer a stunning view of the Capitol, and communal-style seating as found in Europe’s bier halls.
Each dinner is $40, and includes three 8-oz. beers and a three-course menu. Vegetarian menus are available upon request. For reservations, stop in or call (608) 256-1600.
